In 2014, the Marcus Tile team participated in the 10,000 sq. foot Monticello project -- a replica of Thomas Jefferson's Monticello commissioned by Prestley Blake, designed and built by Laplante Construction. Over 23 local subcontractors and vendors took part in the project and it has been featured in local publications and a number of larger publications like The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, Washington Times, Los Angeles Times, as well as the nationally distributed, TileLetter.

During the project, Marcus Tile completed work on five indoor bathrooms, four half baths, kitchen, various fireplaces, and an 1,300 sq. foot outdoor deck.
